Imagine taking a moment away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, leaning into quietness, and reconnecting with your inner self.

Presented by The TENG Company and supported by Shangri-La Singapore, 《心安 · Music for Comfort》 is a 75-minute immersive wellness concert designed to nurture both mind and soul.  This sensory experience blends live music, mindfulness, and immersive digital art to help audiences to stay away from the distractions of daily life and embrace a moment of tranquility.

Going beyond the conventional concert, 《心安 · Music for Comfort》 is a carefully curated experience centered on relaxation, emotional release, and reflection. Wellness practitioner Stanley Lim and art therapist Jeanette Chan gently guide audiences through moments of mindfulness and self-discovery, while acclaimed artist Brian Gothong Tan's digital art projections create an immersive visual landscape.

Weaving the evocative sounds of traditional Chinese and contemporary instruments, research-informed soundscapes, guided mindfulness and immersive digital artistry, the experience creates space for you to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself, with the healing vibrations of monaural beats.

Following the success of 《五行 Wuxing, The Five Elements》, Singapore's first immersive wellness concert, 《心安 · Music for Comfort》 marks the next chapter in the latest collaboration between Shangri-La Singapore and The TENG Company. Together, they continue to explore the meaningful connections between culture, creativity and holistic wellbeing, offering new ways for audiences to experience music as a source of comfort, reflection and healing.

Come for the music. Connect with yourself.
Leave with a little more 心安.
