Zou Homemade Hei Zou using Grandma's Recipe
Tried the ORIGINAL hei zou recently. The portion seemingly a bit small, but each hei zou is folled with wholesome of goodness, packed with fresh ingredients of prawns, pork, Japanese Shiitake mushroom, chestnut, spring onion, carrot, eggs, etc. Each bite of this nostalgic delicacy is filled with love like how your mom / grandma will prepare for the family, using the freshest ingredients to ensure you enjoy the best of all.
Zou Homemade has also kindly added a piece of their recent creation - CHEESE hei zou (the flat version) for me to try, which is rather unique. You can actually see the cheese slightly oozing after reheat... I’m sure all cheese lovers will love it!
When I am reheating the hei zou in the airfryer, my mom already can’t help but keep saying that the hei zou “很香” (these hei zou smell fragrant). It is simply hard to resist even by its aroma.
