Oh, it's Renri again (7th day of Lunar New Year), Happy Birthday to all!

Here's my creative Rooster yusheng that is inspired by my friends, Peifen & Michelle. For the past few years, we prepared Yusheng on our own, not only because of the cost savings, but also for healthier eating, we have omitted most of the preserved garnishing and minimize usage of the sauces, reducing the sugar content.  We can also adjust the ingredients to our likings as well.  So why dont you try it out to?  Basically a lot of shredding need to be done...
