Tensho (天勝) by MOF, is a Japanese specialty tendon restaurant that strives to provide quality tempura donburi (Tendon) at affordable prices. Delicate and freshly made Japanese rice complements the fresh ingredients like ebi (prawns), eggs, fish and pumpkin slices to present a satisfying bowl of satisfying tendon!
With the first Tensho outlet at CentrePoint, the 2nd outlet at Cathay Cineleisure Orchard #B1-08/09 now started operation on 6 Dec 2016. Another new outlet is expected to open at United Square #01-14/15/16 to open on 23 Dec 2016.
Tensho offers 3 types of Tendon, each served with chawanmushi and miso soup as a complete meal. The recipes are developed by the Culinary Head Chef, Japanese Division - Chef Sonoda Kazunori, who is dedicated to continuously raise the culinary standards in Singapore. Each dish reflects his discerning taste for authentic Japanese cuisine
Hitomebore, (見鍾情米) one of the top grades of rice in Japan, and Onsen egg are used in the value-for-money tendon. Accompanying, is the special and savoury-sweet home-made sauce that compliment the delicate tempura.
