Food Review: Seafood International Market and Restaurant 30-Course Set Dinner
In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Seafood International Market & Restaurant has launched a 30-Course Set Dinner featuring 30 fabulous celebratory dishes, inclusive of its all time favourite and new signature dishes.
Love this Poached Tiger Prawn and Gong Gong on Ice. The prawns are fresh, yummy! I personally don't eat gong gong, those who eat it, love these; but they are having difficult in digging the meat out.

A different rendition of the Drunken Chicken. The chicken is marinated with Shaoxin & Mirin and wrapped in sausage style, then slice cut. A very fusion way of presenting this Chineses traditional dish, however, I find the wine marination a bit too mild for my liking.

Chilli Crab is Singapore Favourite Dish and is also among most Tourist! Coming to Seafood International, you must give it a try, the taste is more peppery, compare to others out there which might be more spicy, or with too much tomato sauce. I personally like it, but if it can be more spicy than peppery, I think it will taste even better! Be it steamed mantou or deep fried mantou, dip into the Chilli Crab Sauce, it simply taste great!

The Thai Curry Crab isn't as spicy as expected but it is a delectable dipping sauce for the garlic bread though. And I must mention, the garlic bread here is awesome, crispy and tasteful!

The Steamed Live Sea Scallop with French Black Garlic Sauce is simply scrumptious with the French garlic sauce. And interestingly, rice vermicelli is used as the serving base which helps to retain the garlic sauce and lock in the taste.

The Deep Fried Marble Goby with Spring Onion Soya Sauce is a MUST EAT! It is deep fried till crispy yet not retaining the fresh taste, it taste so good that Susan"gobbled" the entire fish head!

Tom Yum Lovers will love this Tom Yam Broth. There is a generous serving of seafood with mushroom. It may taste more spicy that you thought, and for some, it may not taste sour enough.

The Fried Rice with Preserved Olive & Crunchy Vegetable looks unappetising, but it is actually very flavoursome with the Preserved Olive & Crunchy Vegetable. You should give it a try.

There is also free flow wines, beers, desserts and more to mark the occasion! There is a variety of wines to cater to each's taste bud.
A series of dessert specialties including signature homemade Thai Kueh Kueh, Taco Shooter, Red Ruby Shooter and more at the dessert station will also be made available for patrons to enjoy the sweet moments.
Among the 4 dessert Shooters, I enjoyed the Chilled Herbal Jelly with Aloe Vera and Honey Shooter and Red Ruby Shooter, of which, these are the 2 top favourite among all invited bloggers! They also serve traditional desserts like the peanut paste soup which is simply superb, it is a MUST TRY!
