First sight at the quote makes me laugh at the humour & wittiness of the quoter, however, second thought of it, this quote seems to sound sarcastic and pessimistic at the same time. The economy is coming to a recession and several banks are folding up which leads to the rationale of this quote. Will this quote indeed turn true to all those who got bounced cheque? I certainly hope not...
