The Safest Bank in Asia for year 2009, 2010 and 2011 had $500,000 worth of unauthorised withdrawals made in Malaysia, with approx. 400 DBS and POSB customers hit! So, how safe is safest??? This is simply ironical...

It is really shocking to know that despite with anti-skimming devices installed on the ATM machines, 2 ATM machines @ Bugis Street were compromised over a 3 days period in Nov 2011. Has the security video managed to capture of any illegal installation of skimming devices on the 2 ATM machines which is not really made known yet. It really freaks me out, wondering if this is an insider's job.

What has become of our once Nation Bank? Majority of the nation is having our salary credited to saving accounts with these 2 banks and facilitating most GIRO monthly payments service. What if one day their system got hacked, how much fund will be affected??? Even if I'm not a millionaire with millions of dollars saved in DBS or POSB, I do get worried as every single cent is my hard earned money. Do not forget almost the whole nation is putting their savings with the 2 banks and many a little makes a mickle, so this is simply no joke.

We certainly need DBS & POSB to beef up their system from fraudulent transactions. Pls live up to your name!!!

Time Flies...

Time really flies... now we are already into the 2nd week of 2012 and soon Chinese New Year will come. Do you ever made any New Year Resolutions? I do tried a couple of times, but eventually none has actually realised, lol...

So this round I will not be making any resolutions, but rather, I shall set some easy short term targets for myself. Do I sound contradicting? Lol...

It's been a while since I last sign up some swap, so now, I ready to participate and have just signed up a couple. I've learnt not to over-confidendant of myself, having to meet too many deadlines at about the same time. So my first target will be -- on time delivery (or rather on time mailing of the swap items)!

I'm glad that my momentum of reading is back since last Book Fest 2011, pretty much motivatated by Giddens （九把刀）& Eric Wu（吴若权）. So my second target will be keep reading!!! Read, and you shall learn more! If possible I would like to try to do some reviews on the books I've read; this is not in my target, but will be bonus if I do manage to do some of the reviews :P

For now, my third target will be craft more, so that I can utilise my scrapbooking materials into good use and can clear up some space at the same time for more easy housekeeping!

And last but not least, I aim to head to Chinatown for a photo shooting session just like what I did last year. Time is a bit of rush since these few weeks have been extremely busy, so I really do need some effort to make it real.

Ok, these shall be my short term target for now and hopefully I managed to achieve all!

East Coast Mile 2012

Had a real early morning this day for the East Coast Mile 2012. Together with Jennie & Rachel, we represented the Changi Simei CC WEC to share about the scrapbooking interest group and to do some demo. Was sort of out of mojo for some time and seriously having headache, to think of what to design for the tags.

Luckily, with Jennie's inspiration, and making good use of her wooden stamps and RAK from Dorcas, we managed to create some tags as demonstration.

We love some of Jennie's design so much that Raechel and I even went to the the extend to replicate her designs. Can you guess which are my creations and which are my replication of Jennie's design???

OK, those circled in black are my original designs and those circled in red are my replication of Jennie's design. Keep guessing which is Jennie's original piece since Rachel also replicate the same designs. I'll let you know if your guess is correct, lol!

Is MRT still a safe mode of transport?

Each and everyday ever since the major MRT hiccup on 16 Dec 2011, we heard different scenarios of train delay / unforeseen issues. The NEL line went short circuit just on boxing day and "loud bang" was heard, or rather to some of the commuters, an "explosive bang" was heard. Friends who are travelling extensively on MRT are now having phobia, not knowing when the train will have another unexpected breakdown.

I vaguely recalled our Transport Minister, Lui Tuck Yew, said that it's not necessary to conduct thorough health checks on Circle Line and NEL when thorough health checks are to be conduct on East-West and North-South bound line trains on 18 Dec 2011, does he still stand firm on this? I still remember raising my concern on this statement by our Transport Minister in my previous post. In fact just before the incident, the circle line also had a severe train delay, so is it really not necessary to conduct a through check?

I seriously hope that the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will look into this as MRT transport so many commuters each day, the danger that they are now posing to us, should anything major hiccup happen; is in no way less than terrorism.

We, the commuters are made to pay and pay for increasing fare for the so claimed "improved service / trains", but in the end, we only see the increasing fares contribute to the shareholder's bonus dividends payout and yet we do not get the deserved "improved service / trains". So is it fair to just keep on increasing the public transport fares and taxing the low / middle working class when cars are unaffordable with the high COE cost, and high taxi fares, and yet the most affordable mode of transport - MRT is keep giving us unforeseen circumstances that may attribute to our increasing risk of high blood pressure and heart attacks.

To my understanding, every now and then, the MRTs undergo regular checks, so I really do not buy the excuse that this series of "train faults" is due to the rainy season. I now question how these regular checks are being conducted and how professionally done? I think both SMRT and SBS Transit are answerable to us the public commuters, and not only to the shareholders.

I do not want "one day free ride" on MRT, which some of the public suggested in lieu of imposing heavy fine to the MRT operators, I would rather, freezing of fare hikes for the next 3~5 years since they are not even able to provide the basic service level.

SMRT Train Service Down Again...

Again, this morning, the SMRT train service is down and service is disrupted from 7:09am to 1:48pm. Just within 4 days, the trains service got disrupted 3 times which is certainly unacceptable by the Public. There have been many complaints and unhappiness about all these incidents. There have been much inconvenience caused to all, especially when it happened during the peak/ rushing hours to work / off office.

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has now stepped in and ordered a public inquiry, after trains on the North-South line broke down on today morning - the third MRT disruption in four days.

A thorough check of the rail system shall begin on Saturday 17/Dec after the train services end and MRT service on Sunday 18/Dec for the North-South and East-West lines will start later at 10:00am instead of usual 5:30am, after all checks are done. Services for the Circle Line and North-East Line will not be affected though.

While Transport Minister Mr Lui said that it's not necessary to conduct "thorough health checks" on the Circle Line and North East Line, I find the statement a bit... Shouldn't the same mentality be adopted to preparing for terrorism?

Most are aware the Circle line is down too just not long ago, is it true that we need not carry out a thorough check for the entire network instead? Shouldn't be countermeasure be taken to avoid having similar issues happening ago to the rest of the train service lines, instead of waiting for things to happen to take the corrective action to remedy the situation?

Anyway, back to the topic of service disruption. Hereby, I would like to gently remind all who are planning to travel early tomorrow moring North-South or East-West direction, that the train service will not be available until 10am, however, there are shuttle bus services services provided during the interval of 5:30am-10:00am. You can check out the SMRT website for information on shuttle bus pick up points.

Train Breakdown Again!!!

Just within 2 days, the Circle Line and the North Bound Train has broken down one after another. However, yesterday's SMRT train breakdown must be one of the worse in 24years that took more than 5hrs to resolve (from 6:55pm - 11:40pm)

The disruption is supposingly caused by a damaged third rail between Dhoby Ghaut and City Hall MRT stations. The faulty third rail damaged the collector shoes of four trains, which caused all of them to stall:
- One train at Braddell station
- One train before Orchard station
- Two trains at Dhoby Ghaut station

Hundred of thousands commuters were stranded at Orchard MRT station and other Marina Bay-bound stations. Many passengers were trapped in the train, and eventually someone resort to smashing one of the cabin windows with a fire extinguisher to allow ventilation.

I wasn't really affected by the train service disruption but was dismay by the fact that when I reached Somerset MRT around near 7pm, I saw this flashing message, but when I was about to head home, I saw the same message still flashing. It is only when I shared the photo on Facebook that I started to gather what has happened actually. And some has shared that their fellow colleagues/ friends are stuck at the train the station for near 1 hour+ before informed by the train station staff that the train service is not available!

Then when I head towards Raffles Place MRT from City Hall MRT, the train stopped twice in the tunnel and I start to wonder if I need to expect myself to be the next victim to be trapped in the tunnel. Thank God, I did not... When I reached Raffles Place MRT I realised it was in a Chaotic. Everyone showing a blur face that the train isn't stopping at the usual platform and some are still confused and unsure of whether their intended journey path is affected.

When I got home, I saw this Facebook post of outrageous "Income Opportunity" Alert by SMRT to their affiliate SMRT taxi fleet. Instead of showing empathy towards the affected commuters, they jump on the fact this is an opportunity for earning income!

From the way SMRT handle the whole incident, I personally find there is insufficient transparency on communicating to the commuters on what's had happened which is happening all this while whenever there is a train breakdown. And this is an obvious case of lack of contigency plan. And making it worse, the "income opportunity" alerts and staff being angered for disruption of service not being their fault, truly shows a lack in empathy and staff training.

Mcdonald's Curry Sauce for you?

Are you aware that the McDonald's curry sauce in Singapore has been changed not only in the packaging, but also on the ingredients? They have not remove allergens, in this case peanuts, from the production process. Commonly heard feedback from McDonald's Singapore Facebook Page is that taste is no longer the same and it seems to be more watery and dilute than before.

I can't comment much on this since it really depends on individual taste bud and moreover, I have yet tried it out. I would think removing the allergens from the curry sauce would be a nice gesture for those people who suffer from peanut allergy. However, since many feedback that they prefer the old curry sauce, would McDonald's consider bring the old curry sauce with peauts and offer both types instead as suggested by some curry sauce fans?

But there are people who are trying their luck to take chance to earn big bucks from this change. Someone is trying her luck to sell a going to expire soon McDonald's old curry sauce with peanuts in ebay with a starting bid price of S$250.00? But who in the hell with correct state of mind will bid for this? And of coz the ebay deal closed without any bidding, lol...

A friend share the above chinese quote by famous Educator, Zhou Hong, on her Facebook wall but there are people who have difficulty to understand what it means, so I do my best to translate it to English with a bit of help from online translator and hereby share with all as I find it rather meangingful:

There isn’t any crop that can’t be harvest, only farmers who do not know how to plant their crops;
There’s no kids who can’t be teach, only parents who do not know how to teach.

How the farmers treat their crops, shall decide the fate of the crops;
How the parents treat their children, shall decide the destiny of their children.

How the farmers wished for the crops to grow quickly, is exactly how the parents wished for their kids to be successful, however, the approaches are totally different.

When the crops do not grow well, farmer has never complained, but try to find out what went wrong with their cropping method;
However, when the children do not fare well in their studies, parents tends to complain & pin-pointing, yet never bother to reflect on themselves.

Parents should have a change in their parenting methods; fear not that the kids lose out at the starting point, only then the kids will win at the finishing line!

在书展喜见朋友，Yen Tan！原来她以为我无法抽空前来次讲座，还特地买了本《温柔，是最坚强的力量》，以便让老师签名后转送给我，令我好不感动！ Yen还特地帮我拍了几张我向老师索签名时的照片呢！

出席老师第二讲座，这次竟然爆棚满座！或许是这次的内容较引起大家的兴趣 --- 《懂男人的女人，最幸福》。出席者，意外的，也有蛮多的男士。老师引用了好些例子来说明，沟通的重要性，及男女大不同。这话题，不仅有利于男女恋人/夫妻之间，我认为在一些社交的场合上，这方面的知识亦能派上用场！

在签书会结束后，终于鼓起勇气要求与老师合照一张，Yeah！

很高兴，老师居然记得我曾在昨日出席他的讲座并挑选我回答最后一道有奖问答。一大袋的奖品，的确丰富；可是，其实我更想赢取的是 -- 老师从台湾带来的限量书签。

My Definition of Customer Service

I've been in the Customer Service line for the past 10years+. Though I cannot declared to be 100% professional, but I do know what are the basic expectation of a customer service. Below is my definition of a Customer Service in my own words based on my past experience.

Customer service is:

Listen with EMPATHY and turning a DEAF ear to customer’s screaming and shouting.

Keep your head COOL when all the scolding has spoilt your day first thing in the morning picking up the call from customer.

“SMILE” & pacify the customer (even if this is over the phone); the other party may not be able to see you, but they can “FEEL”.

PATIENCE! PATIENCE! PATIENCE! PATIENCE is what you need, especially when customer gets so agitated that they simply refuse to accept any of your explanation.

Follow through to show you CARE.

Making FRIENDS with your customer, understand their needs and position and they will learn to be just as understanding.

九把刀风潮

知道“九把刀”这个作家，应该是在一年前左右吧。在Mio TV观赏一个叫做《发现台湾天才》的节目时，看到有关他的访谈，得知他在筹备《那些年，我们一起追过的女孩》。大概听说电影内容时，便深感兴趣，并对自己承诺他日电影上幕，一定要前去观赏！我也曾经游览他的网站，得知他著作过多本小说。

真正认识九把刀，应该是今年开始吧。我不否认，我是应《那些年，我们一起追过的女孩》风潮，并在Yen大力推荐下购买了九把刀的几部作品。再加上，九把刀这会前来由大众书局(Popular Book Store) 举办的Bookfest Singapore 2011，还可以顺道让他在他的作品上签名。

11月19日于新达城举办的讲座兼签书会，因为恰巧与卢广仲的《慢灵魂》演唱会撞期，因此无法前去。于是再左思右想后，终于想到法子前去他隔日在书城的大众书局(Popular Book Store) 的签书会。签书会于下午4点举行，我于2点前去时，已是人山人海，排着长长的人龙。老实说，我觉得若一年前，刀大前来，人潮肯定不会那么多。不过，据我所知，这之前，刀大的拥护者，其实还蛮多的；但配合天时、地利、人和；应《那些年，我们一起追过的女孩》风潮，前来索取签名的人特别多。于5点时，好不容易才排到接近书局大门，转过身看，纵然下着大雨，人潮仍不断涌现。。。终于，进入书局了，还是无法见到他的真身！

Yeah! 终于见到九把刀了！

俏皮的九把刀，经常在签名时表情多多，露出他依然拥有的那分童真。

由于太多的人前去签书会，刀大于心不忍，尽管已严重超时，他仍尽量地为大家签书。也在签书会结束前，与大家说几句话，令大家深感冒着雨前去，是值得的！

刀大，期待你很快会带来新的作品！

Thanks to Nuffnang, I got the chance to preview Mural and am glad to share my simple thoughts after watching the movie. Here, I shall share in both English and Mandarin.

Adapted from the “Strange Tales of Liao Zhai”, Mural is one of the supernatural tales taling about the experience of these three men whom enter a fantasy world that prohibits falling in love...

The sceneries are simply magnificent and the special effects added simply spiced up the movie. The fairies' styling are simply gorgeous and one can't simply take his eyes off these beauties. The occasional humorous dialogue left a deep impression on the audience too. If one were to pick on the movie, it will be the stone demon who simply looked much too modern after added the special effect to the actions. And also the "overly perfect" ending which makes one difficult to accept.

取材于《聊斋》的《画壁》，乃一部神幻的爱情与动作片，讲述了三个男人踏进了一个不容许爱情的仙境的奇遇。。。

影中怡人景色，令人叹为观止！电脑特效亦极为逼真。仙女们极为亮丽而飘逸的造型，更是令人赏欣悦目！时而逗趣的对白让人忍不住捧腹大笑。美中不足的是，某些角色的造型配上特效过于现代化（石妖），以及那突然“过于完美”的结局令人议论纷纷。

One thing to note is that, the theme song is really nice! And the song is actually sung by both male & female lead role -- Deng Chao & Sun Li. Not only that they can act, but they can sing as well. Of course the credit will also need to go to the composer and lyrics writer whom composed such a touching tune with such beautiful lyrics.

值得一提的是，影中主题曲极为动听！这首与影片同名的主题曲乃由演而优则唱的男女主角--邓超及孙俪所演唱。当然，功不可没的还有那词曲创作人，编写出那么维美的旋律及歌词。

So What's I busy with recently?

Life has been extremely hectic for the past few months, even till now. I have blogged much lesser but this does not mean I have having less fun...

So what's have I been busy with recently other than my work?

No, I have not been neglecting my photography hobby, but I simply tied up to do up my photos to post in FB to share with all... At times, I just feel like doing nothing... R&R at home...

I attended a couple of concerts this year of which I truly enjoy and upcoming will be Kit Chan's concert! Woo Hoo! Will be sharing some of the photos in upcoming posts, now working very hard to sort out the photos!

I've also joined in the fun of Canon Photomarathon 2011. Though I had not won anything, but it was a great day out meeting up with some of the photography Khakis and making new friends! One of the fellow photography khaki even taught me some new photography tricks, or rather tips!

I attended a Forex Trading Educational Session with GK Goh Finances by courtesy of Nuffnang, which is extra knowledge which I would love to know more in depth. Who know's this may be the path to lead me out of the rat race?

I also had so much fun @ the 1st SMRT Circle Line Makan Session @ CC3Esplanade Xchange (Esplanade Circle Line MRT Station) with Esther Xie.

I got this "Happy Moods" teabag as a free sample. Just the packaging makes you feel slightly happier right?

The teabag contains of much citrus flavors that can help to perks one up - Lemongreaa, Apple, Green Tea, Orange Peels, Marigold Flowers Ginger, Coiander, Cardamom & Cinnamon. It sure contains a lots of ingredient. But I smell and taste the stronger of the Orange Peels...

Actually, I don't think I ever seen this brand - Teekanne, in the market before. But surprisingly, It has been around since 1882, probably only available in Singapore recent years only. It has been around the market for 129years old, WOW! This certainly means something...

I still have another pack of sample teabag of Peppermint flavor, which is one of my favorite flavor! I'm gonna do a comparison with my Dilamah Peppermint tea. I've tried a nos. of peppermint tea before but still I like Dilamah best, we shall see if Teekanne will change my opinion :P

OMG, look at the nos. of hotshoe flashes involved in the MTV and the effect created by these flashes, so cool!!! 记得当年乘搭火车时。。。

很快的，丹戎巴葛火车站就要成为历史的一幕。。。

与父母亲一同观赏我近日到火车站拍摄的照片时，以往乘搭火车的回忆一幕幕浮现在他们眼前。。。

回想80年代乘搭火车时，火车票是没有规划座位的。因此，位置可说是先到先得。每当回乡要上火车时，次序纷乱，爸爸说，他经常把豆般大的我，往窗口抛进去，由挤进火车內的母亲接获，顺道找位子坐下。当时火车还没有空调，人挤人时，空气显得格外稀薄；汗流浃背时候，气味更是令人难受。。。如果不幸“抢”不到座位，便得一路站到吉隆坡。这样站个七、八个小时，可不是盖的！当家里的经济状况渐渐好转，我们于是能够选搭有空调的包厢。可是，偶尔不幸，碰到空调坏时，感觉快窒息！

记得乘搭火车的路途上，最欣喜见到那原野风光，看到牛羊三五成群，更是感到兴奋无比。恰巧瞥见牛羊正为大地施肥，姐弟三人更是指着牛羊，咯咯笑。

然而，当父亲拥有了自己的轿车时，火车不再成为我们回乡的交通工具，而成为回忆的一部分。。。

Predictions for the GE - Tampines Constituency

Before the results are out, let me make the most daring prediction for the Tampines Constituency. Although the old horse may have upset many citizens with the high cost of living - housing, ERP, etc... which may have driven some votes to the opposition, I believe the young horse who lately join in will to help win back some votes. He has the charisma and in good books with the younger generation. Some had even openly posted to the young horse's FB wall, that with his joining in, this has twisted his decision on the GE voting.

Many people has shouted loud in new media to topple against the old horse, however, reviewing the strength of the 2 political teams, I believe that the white rice will still win over the pink lemondae. Frankly speaking, I do not know much about the opposition members who are contesting and had no idea what they have been doing or contributed all this while; however, anyone who lived here, can see the development and growth of the Tampines town under the current constituency.

For those who votes with rationale, will not vote for oppostion for the sake to oppose, or just to pull the old horse down. Thus, I belive, eventually, the winning votes will still go to PAP.

Wow, it's been a while since I last blog, u guys must have wonder where I've gone? Hehee... life's been pretty busy for me... Busy travelling to & fro Singapore and JB plant as usual, and busy cracking my brain for contingency plans for all different scenarios now that we have 2 ladies giving birth soon one after another while we are still short handed and still in search of new CS in JB.

It's been real heated round this year for the General Election (GE) in Singapore this year and for someone like me who never give a damn care on all the politics, etc started to read newspaper and online on the daily updates on the different political teams. It's interesting to speak around and hear what others gotta say....

So many friends shouting out to support the opposition so that our voices can be heard, but eventually where the votes goes to, only they themselves know... But cool isn't it? For the first time, we heard the govt apologise for some of their mistakes and they started to address to issues that were of great concern to the citizens... but still a lot more need to be done... It's not about hearing the voices of the citizen just before the GE but this should always be the case...

So friends, are you ready? Soon, will be the time to cast your votes. Cast your votes wisely, do not vote for opposition simply for the reason you want to oppose. OK, mind you, do not see me as pro-PAP just because I'm a grassroot leader.Hey you, I a volunteer to the residents, not a volunteer to the party... Anyway, you decide what you want and took charge of your rights, I have no voting rights at all...

I just feel that it is important to evaluate the individual team members, be it the PAP or opposition. Do not blindy vote for a party just because it is lead by a particular politician whom you admire; you may admire a particular politician, but this does not mean all team members are just as great. The party are split into several groups to compete in various GRC and there are bound to have some stronger teams and some weaker teams. So you really should care who are competing for the GRC and measure all the pros and cons before casting your votes.

In my view, where I feel that opposition is needed to have more voices heard, I still feel that it is still better to be lead by a particular team as an overall, else, very soon, the political scene in Singapore will be very soon be like Taiwan where seeing politicians fighting in a parliment is a common scene. So in general, although I feel that it is essential to have more dishes to spice up my meals, white rice will still be my main course.

Above are just my personal views, you may or may not agree with what I said. But do not attack me simply for the reason that I do not share the same view with you. Each and everyone has their own freedom of speech, pls respect each individual's wishes...

FANN with U this Valentine's Day

I'm so happy that this photo of mine, got shortlisted in "FANN with U this Valentine's Day". The criteria is to take a photo and include a heart shape in the photo creatively.

I had tried to experiment with creating a DIY heart bokeh for the competition, but had failed. But I really like this photo. Why? you may ask.... If you noticed hard enough, there is actually 2 hearts in the photo, one is a heart shape with star burst effect, and another, which is upside down, much like a reflection. Cool isn't it? I certainly hope to get a chance to win, but if I did not, I'm glad enough that the recognisation given to the photo by having it shortlisted among the many entries.

Can't wait for the result to be released and the shortlisted participants are eagerly waiting for the results too... Channel U, why are we waiting? :P

Lunch @ Imperial Treasure Restaurant

Brought Mom to Imperial Treasure Restaurant some time back for a late lunch. We had a sumptuous meal and enjoyed it...

Their signature Fried Rice with Scallops, taste great but I think we prefer the Seafood Fried Rice from Jumbo Seafood Restaurant with great mix of seafood ingredients, and we find this a bit too oily as well...

This is super yummy, I think it taste better than those offered in Paradise Inn / Tung Lok / Crystal Jade. They are simply generous with the portion of the various eggs which made theirs stand out!!!

Oops! Does this looks a plate of worms? Looks rather scary right? It's taste is actually not that bad, but I guess we should eat it while it's hot, so as to be able to get a fairer review of its taste.

Fried Silver Fish, this round I think I prefer those of Crystal Jade, as the flavoring is a bit too bland -- Healthier but less tasty :P

Loving this signature custard bun from the Imperial Treasure Restaurant. See the oozing custard? Are you starting to drool? In the bun, I tasted salty egg yolk too, something different from the normal custard bun we had from elsewhere. 5 stars awarded!!!

2011 = bad year?

I don't know why... Once we are stepping towards year 2011, I've been hearing bad news only... Is it a phenomena that 2011 is going to be a bad year?

Before Xmas, one of my best friends got admitted due to IVF complications and stroke, now that she is finally transferred to normal ward. I'm sad to see her current state, the gal who is once very articulate and speaks loudly, now speaks slowly and softly, & at times, speak with no sense... the gal who used to make very big moments, and always got told off to behave more demure like a lady, now need the support of others to move about, this make my heart aches... I rather that she continued to be complaint by us for being " too loud" and " too big movement".

The fact that she is finally pregnant after so many years, may not be a totally good news. The timing just isn't right... Doctor said that it is advisable to abort the baby given her current condition, but... this is so cruel... Everyone are caught in the dilemma, whether to advise her to keep the baby... Given her current condition that she can't move about by herself, it may be tedious for her, and the fact that she is under medication, the baby may be affected as well, but we all know, this baby is so precious to her...

I seriously hope that she can move about by herself soon, though back to her agility may not be possible in the near future... "God", please help her with speedy recovery since you already gifted her the miracle of a baby...

Then, came another piece of news of my friend's 2.5 yr old kid admitted since last week due to bladder retention and serious constipation, with bacteria infection. It got so serious that she can't walk and just today, she went for surgery to remove legion in her spine that is affecting her nerve. And to make it worst, chances of full recovery of her nerve function is only 10-15%. I pray and believe that she will be among the 10-15%.

Also, another close pal of mine who is facing depression, seems to have worsen and it is advised that he should go to Institute of Mental Health (IMH) for consultation; however, he simply refused. To see his condition got worsen and yet I can't do much to help him as he is in a state of self-delusion & self-denial, and shut away from all... I felt so helpless...

At the same time, I saw how his mother suffered from his state of mind and mood swings. I fear that, anytime, this may just trigger her depression that is now under much control.

I already have my own set of problems that I have took so much pain to handle these... And to see my loved ones / friends around me, suffering; I felt much worse...

It's been a long time since I last had a good sleep... as I'm suffering from serious Insomnia for the longest time. Everyday, I need to make myself so tired that I just K.O... I fear that one day, I may just collapse...

Truly awesome handmade Christmas Tags and Christmas ATC from Gaby, Germany. I chance upon Gaby's blog through another awesome scrapper, Lay Hoon's blog when doing blog hopping. I fall in love at first sight with Gaby's awesome ATCs when I landed in her blogland. And I'm really glad to have the chance to be able to swap some handmade stuff with her...

Merry Christmas to all... I hope that all of you had a great time...

I feel really blessed to be able to continue this tradition to celebrate Xmas wif my angel pals. A good whole of 17yrs together, although at times some may not be able to make it due to personal commitment... This is much understandable as we know, as at times, some may need to have private moments with other loved ones.

Yesterday, when travelling back to home after Xmas celebration, I saw this old lady sitting outside the MRT station during the mid night hours, selling tissue papers. While most people are having a great time with their family / frens/ loved ones; she is struggling to survive. At this hour, shouldn't she be resting at home, having sweet dreams? I just can't help to feel sad upon this sight and reverse my way to make a purchase from her.

This morning, my spirits got dampened by my friend's hubby call. He informed that my dear pal has got IVF (In Vtro Frtilization) complication and gotten stroken on yesterday 3pm. He must have saw my Xmas greetings to her, asking have not been hearing from her for quite some whole and asking for a gathering soon. Why is God so cruel? All she wanted is a child, why give her stroke as a Christmas present? Friends who dropped by the blog, I hoped that you can help to pray for my friend who is still in ICU ( Intensive Care Unit) now. Thanks for sharing your love!

Had a good 2 hrs of great songs by Natalie Cole with guest appearance by Canadian Tenors & "Nat King Cole"!!! The duet of "Unforgettable" & "When I fall in love" by both Natalie with her late father is simply great! I simply enjoy the night and what a unique way to "celebrate" Halloween! Feeling sick...

Had wanted to go out for photography during the weekend but I'm simply too lazy to move my butt? Actually I'm feeling terrible with bad headache for the past few days.

I hardly had headache, but once I got it, it's usually very bad. Though this round is not as bad that i need to use my fist to knock against my forehead, the headache is just like a buzzing noise in the ears, simply can't get rid of it...

Am I falling sick or am I too stressed? I guessed both as I'm starting to cough a bit now and then.

Had been feeling stressed upon hearing the latest news, having headache over how I can work out with the top management and the team to be mentally and readily prepared for the upcoming...

This is sort of disturbing and sort of interfered my original plan, I'm not sure that I wanted to be so cold hearted and just proceed with what I intended... In a dilemma again... If I were to hold back, it may not be as bad, but can real bad too, so should I or not?

Hmm... think I should not brood over it too much, just leave it to "God / Goddess" bah...

Having the need to travel to & fro from Singapore & JB can be tiring. Being away from home simply makes heart fonder. Missing the time when I had "argument" with dear sis and TV session together with mama during evening after work. There's simply no place better than home...

Tomorrow will be home again, hurray! And looking forward to the Canon Marathon on 10/23, haha... Well, I'm not an expert in photography and never even dream of being qualified for the top prizes, just feel like having the fun as this has always been my dream to be able to participate. Soon, I can claim one dream accomplished! This will definitely be a great experience! Woohoo...
